Bad, Crime, and Donald Trump: C P TR 10/13/2019, 1:11:27 PM (12 mins) The Democrat-Government-Media Trump Coup D'etat investigation continues. So far, Robert Mueller, James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Peter Strzok, Andy McCabe and, most recently, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and Jerrold Nadler have been implicated in the scandal. The scandal involves individual criminal acts and a conspiracy to violate the rights of U.S. Citizens, including but not limited to, Donald Trump. This is the most wide-spread scandal ever to affect the U.S. Government, including several Intelligence and Law Enforcement agencies, not limited to, rogue elements within the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA Among the charges being investigated are violations of 18 U.S. Code sections 241, 242 and 245. Section 242 prohibits public servants from using their positions, "under color of law," to deprive an individual of his constitutional rights. Section 241 prohibits public servants and others from conspiring to interfere with an individual's free exercise or enjoyment of constitutional rights. Section 245 prohibits public servants and others from intimidating candidates for public office. Over the past three years, the Coconspirators have also tampered with evidence and witnesses for political purposes in order to harm the President and to cover Coconspirators' own wrongdoing; destroyed, concealed, and/or falsified records in federal investigations; defrauded the United States; engaged in corruption; engaged in political Racketeering by using the threat of federal law enforcement and Congressional investigations, media leaks, and threats of criminal prosecutions to cover the Coconspirators' own crimes. All Conspirators and related activities and legal violations may be tied together using the RICO statute, 18 U.S. Code section 1962. The preceding sections would seem to apply directly to the ongoing, unrelenting attack by Democrats, RINOS and their Coconspirators against the President. Among other rights of the President infringed on by the Coconspirators are the following: A) 4th Amendment. The Coconspirators used a non-criminal FISA warrant to spy on the president, rather than a more restrictive criminal warrant. No criminal court would have issued such a spying warrant with no evidence of a crime. B) 9th Amendment and 4th Amend ment. The Coconspirators have, generally, invaded the President's Right to Privacy by illegally obtaining confidential, personal documents and information, such as certain tax forms and personal data C) Constitution, Article 2. As Chief Executive, the President is privileged to act as chief of law enforcement and foreign relations. The Coconspirators have actively impeded, interfered with, and obstructed the President's exercise of his constitutional duties and privileges by, among other things, spying on him, releasing classified and sensitive communications and information, failing to carry out his lawful orders, initiating legal and congressional proceedings under color of law, but for bad faith purposes amounting to abuse of process and obstruction of government. i STEEMIT.COM The RICO case against the Democratic Party Steemit This is a long and detailed post; so I summarize - The crimes committed by the members of the Democratic Party fall... by stevescoins Like Comment Share thankyou Ar Like Reply (5m) Democrats are all going to prison for RICO, Conspiracy, Evidence Tampering... tRUMP is Taking Them All Down!
